Eric Katzman graduated from the University of Western Ontario – Honours Political Science program with distinction in 2010 before graduating from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 2013. In addition to managing Katzman Estate Law and working on probate applications, Eric has litigated numerous contentious estate matters including contested passings of executor accounts, executor removals, will challenges, applications to obtain vacant possession of estate property, dependent support applications, and many other forms of estate disputes. Eric has also carried contentious and complex estate administration matters. Both before and after probate is granted, Eric provides timely advice so that an estate can run smoothly and as quickly as possible. If litigation is inevitable, Eric ensures that an executor is in the best possible position for success at court.

Sam graduated from University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2021 after he graduated from the University of Windsor for his undergraduate honors degree in biology and biotechnology. Despite Sam’s science background, he worked as a machinist and CNC programmer for several years between his undergraduate studies and starting law school.
Sam’s practice is narrowed to probate and other estate files. His science background gives him an advantage in any task involving numbers; which is of great assistance on estate accounting matters.
Sam sits on the Ontario Justice Education Network committee, a charitable not-for-profit aimed at developing the legal knowledge and skills of Ontario youth.

Margaret simultaneously earned law degrees from the Detroit Mercy School of Law and University of Windsor Faculty of Law, having graduated in 2023 as part of a dual program. Before to attending law school, Margaret obtained an Honors Philosophy degree from Dalhousie University.
Margaret gave back to her community in law school by acting as a virtual pre-trial administrator and mediator and for Southeastern Dispute Resolution Services. She also helped create Sanctuary Volunteer Day at Windsor Law.
Margaret has been with Katzman Estate law since she was an articling student. Her entire legal career has been dedicated to estate litigation and estate administration. Margaret has litigated several difficult matters through hearings and has brought her clients success in the courtroom. Margaret knows that the best way to either resolve an estate dispute or secure victory at court is by being knowledgeable, organized, reasonable, and to work towards clear goals.
Morgan graduated from the dual JD program between the University of Windsor and the Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2024, granting Morgan both Canadian and American law degrees. Before law school, Morgan earned her Bachelor of Commerce undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary.
While a law student, Morgan give back to her community using her legal skills by volunteering at Community Legal Aid – University of Windsor and the Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy. Morgan worked in the Social Benefits group at Legal Assistance of Windsor as well. Morgan’s extensive clinic experience taught her the importance of maintaining crystal clear communication and attention to detail as she advances the interests of her clients. She approaches each matter with a client-centred and practical perspective; always focussed on how to improve the lives of her clients efficiently. Morgan maintains a practice dedicated to estate litigation and estate administration, including probate matters.

Jasmine is a licensed paralegal assisting with probate, estate litigation, and estate administration files. Jasmine graduated from the University of Windsor with distinction, having attained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Psychology and Criminology in 2017. In 2018, she graduated from St. Clair College with a Diploma in Paralegal Studies. Finally, Jasmine received her paralegal licence in the spring of 2019 and has been working in the legal field ever since.
Jasmine has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the mechanics of estate litigation and probate practice, making her an invaluable asset to Katzman Estate Law and its clients.

Lucy is a paralegal assisting the lawyers at Katzman Estate Law with probate, estate administration and litigation matters. Lucy graduated with distinction from the St. Clair College paralegal program before attaining her paralegal license in the spring of 2023. In 2019, Lucy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Media, and Film studies from the University of Windsor.
Before she studied to become a paralegal, Lucy was an insurance broker who helped clients experiencing urgent claims and coverage issues. Lucy brings that same sense of urgency to her probate matters at Katzman Estate Law.
Nadine graduated from the University of Windsor in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Forensic Science and Criminology before obtaining her Diploma in Paralegal Studies at St. Clair College in 2025. Prior to working at Katzman Estate Law, Nadine advocated for individuals experiencing homelessness and assisted them with their complex housing needs at a non-profit organization.

In 2015, Noelle attended the Toronto Metropolitan University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Information Technology. She then received a Diploma in Paralegal Studies at St. Clair College in 2018. Before joining Katzman Estate Law, Noelle worked in personal injury and criminal defence law firms. Noelle is a legal professional with years of experience that makes her an asset on any estate matter.

Reece earned her paralegal diploma from St. Clair College in 2026. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in City Studies and Population Health from the University of Toronto Scarborough in 2021. Before entering the legal field, Reece worked at a long-term care home where she supported residents living through a difficult stage of life. Reece also worked in the restaurant industry, which taught her how to work productively in a demanding environment. Reece brings compassion and understanding to the clients at Katzman Estate Law.
